Mr. Derek Almeida has over 18 years (11 years in USA) of experience in Information Technology with expertise in Program and Project management methodologies, Process Engineering, Product and Software Development, ITSM services including subject matter knowledge in the area of Clinical Trials at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), DHHS.

Mr. Dharav Jhaveri – Assistant Vice President - Operations

Mr. Jhaveri is a performance-driven IT professional with more than 5 years of experience. He specializes in object-oriented design and analysis with extensive experience in the full range of Microsoft technologies. He has deep knowledge of the full lifecycle of the software development process, including requirements gathering, prototyping, concept designing, implementation, testing and support. His areas of expertise also include project development and tracking, database designing and programming, business rule implementation, unit testing and improvements, and web development.

Over the past 3 years Mr. Jhaveri has been working on the DAIDS Enterprise System (DAIDS-ES) as Technical Consultant for IND Management, which only involves leading development team including managing tasks and implementing applications. He has been involved in the design and development of the system, and provides leadership on technical issues. Mr. Jhaveri also has very good working knowledge VoyagerPlus modules of DAIDS-ES as well since the data from these modules are used in IND Management business workflow. Mr. Jhaveri is technically savvy as well as understands the intricate business processes and workflow of IND Management which has helped him deliver quality product for each release that was successfully deployed at NIAID.
